Some of you know how adorable I was as a kid. This is.. not going to have kiddie pictures. Sorry. I started working on this around this time last year, and somehow managed to put it off an ENTIRE YEAR. Pretty sad, eh? As many of you know, I tend to do a TimmyYear in Review pictorial at the end of each year. I tend to do about one picture per month, like a TimmyCalendar. I thought it might be nice if I could do something similar for the decade that recently passed. The 00’s? Whatever we want to call them.

I couldn’t decide on a nice even number of pictures to have each year. Some years seemed to have more worthy pictures than others. I also decided against trying to tell some sort of “life story”. Instead, I just picked whatever pictures A. looked nice and B. showed my face/hair/beard in different states. After all, the major reason I take pictures is to track what my face looks like. So, no, this won’t be cataloguing girl after girl. (Though, if I were to do that, I’d probably end up feeling pretty okay with myself. I’m a good catch, you know.)

Alright. Here we go!

Circa September 1999

Okay, a little before the 00’s, but it’s the ULTIMATE starting picture. This used to be my favorite shirt. It says, “I hate this town.” Have I ever mentioned I was voted Least School Spirit? True story.

Circa June 2000

Wearing my favorite bead necklaces, and I believe that’s a fake flower in my hair. I think that was the last year we didn’t have air conditioning, hence the shirtlessness. Yes, I spent 17 years of my life without air conditioning. Suck it up, cupcake.

Circa August 2000 ; )

17th birthday with the Dans.

Could my pose be any more stereotypical?

Circa late November 2000

My dad, my sister, and I.

Circa May 2001

Jen and I, going to Senior Prom.
From this angle, you can’t tell that Jen is seriously taller than I am.

Circa June 2001

A classic photo of epic proportions.
Martino, Me, Erik, Trent, and ‘The Jew’.

Circa Summer 2001

My grandparent’s property. I can’t put into words how much this place means to me. Note my van.

Circa.. September/October 2001

While she isn’t in the picture, Angel took this picture.

Circa Spring Semester 2002

My first roommate’s “Wall of Dew”. Yes, he really did drink that much.

Circa June 2002

My old house before we moved out. Sadface.

Circa August 2002

Erin, Elena, Me, and Emily

Another classic picture of epic proportions. I bet I could nail down the date this was taken if I bothered looking through my journals. Note how FREAKING SKINNY I was!

Circa August 2002

Me and Elena

Circa.. Summer 2002?

Me, Erik, Dan, and Cliff

Everybody touch Dan, now!

Circa April 2003

That picture of Sarah could NOT have been more appropriate for my second exercise in shameless self-promotion.

Date Unknown

The Van’s odometer rolling over to 100,000 miles.

Circa July 2003

I don’t know half the people in the picture. Martino’s half laying on me, and Erik’s on the far one side. I recognize one as the younger sister of a girl I graduated with. And another as Cliff’s former girlfriend.

July 24, 2003

Erik and Cliff.

There was once a context to this picture, but it has since been lost over the years. Instead it’s now a hilarious picture of them feeling up their crotches.

Hello digital camera and accurate dates.

Circa summer 2003

Melody, Dan, Cliff, and I

Melody, one of Cliff’s former girlfriends. Yes, my hair is in pigtails. Yes, my shirt is open for no reason.

August 5, 2003

The summer of Monster Rancher 3.

August 22, 2003

This was my LJ avatar for a long time.

August 24, 2003

The donuts were tasty, too, by the way.

November 5, 2003

At the time, I found this very upsetting.

In retrospect, I find it absolutely gut-bustingly HILARIOUS. I mean, come on, that’s fucking HYSTERICAL!

November 8, 2003

I was dark and mysterious, you know.

December 30th, 2003

Still one of my favorite sweaters. And look at my purdy hair!

That’s Lisa’s behind in the foreground. Rest In Pieces. (Her motherboard is on my wall.)

January 3, 2004

Not sure why I felt compelled to keep this picture through the weeding process. The original sprite remix was, in my opinion, the best. I took this picture in Dan’s room. Back when I spent time in Dan’s room, I suppose.

February 4, 2004

The curtains to my dormroom made for a nice backdrop.

May 11, 2004

One of the last pictures of my old long hair that I’d been growing since 1997.

Circa June 2004

The pond opposite where I live.

Pictures from this set oddly have no date picture taken data. This is why I put dates into the filenames of all my files now.

October 9, 2004

No words.

December 2, 2004

I looked sharp.

February 22, 2005

Building Roxanne Covalent.

April 27, 2005

Dan and I on a rock. Ha ha. Good times.

May 9, 2005

The WhiteCastleSaur.

Holy shit, I didn’t realize it’s been over five years since that White Castle openned near us. There used to be a diner there, then it closed for a couple years… Then the entire area was torn up, and a White Castle was built. They had lines wrapped around the building at 3AM for MONTHS after it openned.

Those are either Dan’s or Liz’s legs, I can’t remember.

June 28, 2005

In regrowing my hair, I decided to do as little to it as possible. As a result, I discovered I have naturally curly hair. I would literally get out of the shower, shake my head, and be done.

August 27, 2005

Grandma’s property.

September 9, 2005

Posing near my windowsil.

September 14, 2005

Me being full of win.

Circa September 2005

Sister and I.

I’ve been told this is “quite possibly the best picture I’ve ever seen of you.”

March 13, 2006

A very typical over-the-glasses shot, complete with kissyface. In good lighting, it bring emphasis to my eyes.

March 27, 2006

My penultimate picture of myself.

(Any excuse to say penultimate. It’s just an awesome word.)

March 27, 2006

This picture would be my favorite.

July 27, 2006

Eyes? Check. Hair? Check. Smile? Eh, I’ll get back to you on that.

November 24, 2006

Beginning of my winter beard.

December 8, 2006

Red hat, red glasses, long hair, leather jacket. Kind of reminds me of This set.

December 16, 2006

I look all angry and manly.

January 2, 2007

Holy shit, I’m smiling.

February 12, 2007

My typical almost amish look.

March 12, 2007

I’m still impressed I balanced the camera on my rearviewmirror.

That shirt is too tight on me now. Wonder if that means anything. : D

April 3, 2007

A random shot of my fine posterior. It IS a rather nice ass.

April 3, 2007

Hi. According to timestamp, this picture was taken at 8:20 AM, one minute after the previous picture.

May 2, 2007

Epic goatee.

January 8, 2008

I love black wife-beaters.

<img src="http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5243/5307699343_b17dd9f542_z.jpg”>
July 3, 2008

I somehow decided upon this picture to represent Clarissa Clutch.

July 4, 2008

Erik’s family’s yearly party.

October 21, 2008

Candi and I, the day before we “officially” started dating.

December 22, 2008

I didn’t give her much for Christmas that first year, but I did give her this.

January 14, 2009

Same deal with black wife-beaters.

January 15, 2009

Rock Band in the girl’s room.

Candi and I.

April 24, 2009

My typical uniform. I prefer the gray shirt with gray tie, myself. I’ve since acquired an official belt, ha ha.

August 20, 2009

Girl on my new full-size bed, and insanely comfy and warm comforter.

December 9, 2009

Girl and I taking pictures together.

And thus concludes this brief pictorial of the past decade. Two hours of my life are gone. I haven’t taken as many pictures of myself in the past year or two, but here’s hoping I continue to take pictures over my lifetime. Who knows what my face will morph into by 2020.

(As an afterthought, given that this is ‘DePhoMo’, I’ve probably posted more in this entry than some people have all month. I rule.)

I somehow missed every seeing you with short hair. You look a THOUSAND times hotter with it medium short. I like.

December 30, 2010

I know you like the hair – because the hair is your trademark but I got to say you look like a completely different person w/o the hair – kinda hot. You really have a great body and I’m glad you treat it like your temple. The progress is amazing. Tell Candi she needs to go back to the haircut when you first met. It was very flattering on her. Proud of you Timmy – have an awesome 2011!

December 30, 2010

Ps what is your heritage? Your dad looks Lebanese.

great pictures!! … nice posterior.. 😀 i never knew you cut your hair off.

i’m shocked i’m saying this, but the short hair is hott. not the buzzed hair… but where it’s growing out again. and OMG you are such a dork! i love it!!

Holy crap. That is all. 🙂
