Sunday Assessment for 12-19-10
Wants:
- Play Dragon Quest IX.
- Play Sims2, post one picture entry.
- Play GoldenEye. : D
- Watch Christmas specials with the girl.
- Read Starting Strength cover to cover when it arrives.
- Keep taking melatonin – maintain sleep schedule.
Needs:
- Change oil in car. Yeah. Still.
- Clean room. Yeah. Still. Maybe vacuum, too.
What I’ve accomplished:
- Installed new PSU in Kelly without a hitch.
- Did clean her dust traps.
- Wrapped, and then exchanged presents with the girl.
- Leftover vindaloo was DELICIOUS
- Got to the gym as usual last week.
- Have been sleeping a LOT better recently.
- Made molasses cookies. YUM.
I’ve been setting a sleep alarm lately. That is, rather than a wake-up alarm, I have a Time to take Melatonin alarm at 9 PM. I end up going to sleep sometime between 10 and 11, which is pretty damn good for me. The melatonin makes me feel sleepy, and with the way the season is, I end up waking up just as there is BARELY light outside. Makes me feel like I’m naturally waking up with the world, rather than chronically oversleeping.
More than anything else, getting sleep every night has made me feel a LOT better when I wake up, and through the rest of the day.
