Squat
3×5 @ 175 lbs
BB Bench Press
3×5 @ 140 lbs
BB Bent-over Row
3×5 @ 140 lbs

Decided against the kind of masochistic “work capacity” workouts I’ve done previously towards the effort to dropping bodyfat. My biggest issue with those kinds of workouts is I end up losing a bit of strength afterwards. So, I’m going to try something a little simpler. A 5-rep day, a 10-rep day, and a 15-rep day. That’ll keep my strength from disappearing. Combined with moderate cardio, and tablepushaways, I’ll see a difference.
Ultimately, the idea was to just do something I KNOW I’ll do, and I might even enjoy. As opposed to masochistic workouts that make me want to just stay in bed. I don’t need instant results like I’ve done before with the NROL Fat Loss series.
Went to target to buy things for the girl. Forgot a 10% thingie I have. I COULD just buy everything online, but then I’d have to pay for shipping. Plus there’s a certain satisfaction with the process of physically buying something, rather than pressing some buttons.
