Been staying up late with the girlfriend past few nights. Compressed my bench and squat days into one workout. Exhausting.

I keep thinking I should have gotten more repetitions. Yet, the target is SUPPOSED to be only one. If I’m still hitting multiple repetitions on my singles set using more than 155 lbs, then I’m making progress.

Bumped my accessory set to 95 lbs. Just. Felt like it? Felt strong on it, actually. May bump it another five pounds, as I had zero problems on the last rep of the last set.

Felt exhausted doing the front squats. Had no more energy for more front squats afterwards. It was an ugly double, really. My form went to crap, so I stopped. Next month will see me using 175, my seed 1RM, though my current best is 185 lbs. Can only hope I can hit the double.

Candi and I had our 1 year yesterday. We initially wanted to meet up at the diner we first met at. But I wasn’t in the mood. I was hungry, and we went to Macaroni Grill instead. That has been one of our frequent haunts, after all. We snuggled and watched Something’s Gotta Give afterwards. She wants to do some apple picking this Sunday. I know of a place near here, but she wants to find a place in Pennsyltucky. We’ll see. Time flies.

Heck, it’s almost November. Still don’t know what I’m going to do for my nanowrimo novel!

We are going to Linvilla Orchards near Media PA on Sunday. They have a lot of kid things. In Chester County near the Wyeth Museum is Highland Orchards, boring for kids, but gorgeous countryside. Also, in Warrington, there is a place with a haunted corn maze that scares the shit out of grown men.

info on the last one. Enjoy a heart pounding ride through the woods and fields. Afterwards, walk through the corn fields of horror. Venue Name: Winding Brook Farm Venue Address: 3014 Bristol Rd.
