Good workout. I recalled that I pressed 120 for 12 last workout, but I wasn’t interested in hitting such a high rep. Matching ten in successive workouts seems more reasonable. Not looking for outrageous month-to-month increases, just enough to hit the minimum. Which I’m more than doing right now.
Accessory sets felt just fine with the weight increase, if not slightly easier than two weeks ago. Should be set for next month’s increase to 95 lbs.
Did pull-ups on the new thingies in the new squat racks. Different feeling, for sure, since your wrists are free to rotate. It’s variety, I suppose.
The girl had oral surgery this morning, and I’m looking after her. Something to do with her wisdom teeth being taken out. We’re watching more disney movies. She wants mac and cheese. Time to make some.
