Lifting for 7-15-9
I feel like I haven’t sat down and really had time to myself in a while. It’s okay, really, I like being busy. It’s so weird how I crave zone-out time when if I actually HAVE zone-out time I get restless. Hit the gym this morning and was a little late getting out. Had no time to get any post-workout relaxation that I prefer to have.

DB Row: 6, 5, 5 @ 55 lbs
Alternating Sets
Front Squat: 5, 4, 4 @ 135 lbs
Swiss Ball Crunch: 3×13 @ 25 lbs
Alternating Sets
DB Shoulder Press: 5×3, 5×2 @ 40 lbs
Pull-ups: 5×3, 5×2 @ BW
Something about doing lots of pull-ups, I really enjoy. It keeps me away from failure, so it doesn’t “feel” as hard. While still getting in more repetitions per workout. If I can hit ten pull-ups again, as I’ve done before, I’ll try to set my goals higher.
