Lifting for 6-28-9
The girl’s in DC being a superintern for a few days. It would be a gorgeous day to play tennis, or just relax outside. Not even do anything special, just relax. I could maybe see if any of my few friends are feeling lazy and relaxy, too.

Deadlift:
3 @ 135, 185 lbs
10×3 @ 225 lbs
BB Shoulder Press:
5 @ 65 lbs
5, 5, 4 @ 80 lbs (-5 lbs)
Pull-ups:
5, 5, 4 @ BW
With some time on my hands, I felt like employing 10×3. I thought I’d do it for the entire workout, but after ten sets of deadlifts, I decided to do it only for the deadlifts. Feels good to lift heavy things. My goal is coming clearer into focus. I need to get stronger. Period. Short-term, long-term, I need to get stronger. I’m way overdue for pulling 315. I think I’m capable of deadlifting 315, squatting 225, and benching 185.
It’s nice out.
Yeaaaah, playing tennis later if I can find someone to play with = Don’t know who I’m kidding though, I played in my high school tennis team and I sucked balls. Pretty sure it was out of pity they put me on the team.
