Cardio for 5-30-9
I got sleep last night, felt great, woke up before my alarm, and went for a jog. Two miles. I intend to jog again tomorrow morning, so I felt no need to overexert myself.
Man, I love melatonin. I always wake up feeling great. Definitely what I needed to get my sleep on track. I took a quarter of a tab immediately after my workout last night. It doesn’t knock you out, but it makes it easier to fall asleep. I’m working a streak of nine days straight, intend to keep lifting and jogging regularly, and do normal things like see my girlfriend and my friends. Sleep is imperative.
Feel great. Don’t have to wander into work for another half hour. I think I’ll relax.
