I have the power!

I woke up this morning noting the power was out. Which really isn’t a problem. It is absolutely gorgeous out. Only problem was breakfast. No blender! I ate cereal instead.

If the power is still out later, I’ll take a shower in complete darkness. Though, probably should have done that earlier, what with hot water requiring electricity. Peeing in the dark is kind of fun.

Sitting in the Berry of Lies. I feel alert. This is rare. The purposeful resting yesterday paid off, completely.

My speech class has an online portion. I’ve been doing pretests, to get a sense of what I don’t know. Five chapters later, I realize, “I don’t recognize any of this.” I glance at the chapter titles. Then I notice a picture of the book. It’s the wrong book. I’m amused. I just changed it to the right book, and suddenly everything is very easy!

I’ll be here a while today. My usual do a little, then space out, then do a little more. I’m otherwise feeling really good. Final’s tomorrow.

Oh. And I downed at least five liters of water yesterday. I love peeing.
