Treadmill: 30 minutes @ 3.1 MPH, 5% incline
(Usual stretching.)
I thought I might go heavier for snatch-grip deads, but 185 lbs felt heavy enough. My hands hurt by the end of the sets. My grip was JUST strong enough.
I meant to do incline reverse crunches, but uh. When I went to do the first rep, it bothered my upper back. It felt like my spine went into kyphosis a little too much.
First ten minutes on the treadmill, it felt like blood was draining from my head. My legs felt fine, though. It was quite strange. I trudged through, as I know I tend to feel better once I get going.
I’m going to take a day off. I think I’ll stay in tonight and just relax.
Oh. I’m surprised I haven’t outright noticed this. I do believe exercise causes shrinkage. Every time I strip prior to taking a shower, I have full coverage. I’m extremely tiny, but I have full coverage. As I shower, my foreskin retracts, and I otherwise elongate a little bit. Kind of makes sense. If you’re exercising, naturally blood would be shunted away from the genitals. Well. Unless sex is your idea of exercise.
