BB Split Squat:
3 @ 45 lbs
5×5 @ 105 lbs (+10 lbs)
Pair A
BB Shoulder Press:
5, 5, 5, 5, 4 @ 85 lbs
Wide-Grip Lat Pull:
5, 4, 3 @ 140 lbs
5, 5 @ 130 lbs
Pair B
DB Incline Press:
5, 5, 4, 4, 4 @ 50 lbs
DB Row
5×5 @ 65 lbs (+5 lbs)
Treadmill: ~30 minutes @ 3 MPH, 5% incline
Didn’t pay attention to rest periods as much.
Split squats felt good.
The shoulder presses felt good. Easier.
Vast improvement on incline presses. Felt nice handling those 50 lb dumbbells. Had to really focus on breathing to get some of the reps up.
It was a toss-up between jogging or the treadmill. Ended up deciding treadmill. Had a slightly higher intensity for the middle ten minutes, 3.5 mph, then scaled back for the final 10 minutes.
