    BB Deadlift:
    3×15 @ 135 lbs

    Pair A
    BB Bench Press:
    3 @ 45 lbs
    15, 15, 11 @ 75 lbs
    Cable Row:
    3 @ 45 lbs
    15, 15, 12 @ 75 lbs

    Pair B
    DB Shoulder Press:
    3×15 @ 15 lbs
    Close-grip Lat Pull
    12 @ 90 lbs; 15, 11 @ 80 lbs

    Treadmill: 30 minutes @ Heartrate 150-160 BPM, 3 MPH, 4% incline

    (Usual stretching)

Ah, the gym, how I’ve missed thee.

Deadlifts got the heartrate up, tried to hold pace after that. Thirty second rest periods is hard to do. But since it’s not every day, I can do it.

Rather than use machines for dips, I just did flat bench. I don’t barbell bench enough. Also, I found it rather gratifying that I’m using a weight for high reps that, at one time, was my 5M. Or 8RM. Something like that. I suspect I’ll see a great improvement next time I do this workout.

Still not sure if I’m ready to graduate beyond 15 lbs for 15-rep shoulder presses. Could just give it a shot next time. Did close-grip lat pulls rather than one-armed ones, as I didn’t feel like doing FIFTEEN per arm.

Since I took most of the week off, I’m curious about how sore I’m going to be. I look forward to it.

Typing feels weird, as I trimmed my nails after I showered. Oh, a funny. I broke a nail yesterday. I know, aw. I broke a nail! Left thumbnail. I tried to rip off the rest to even it out. I like having nice, healthy nails.
