    DB Shoulder Press:
    5×3 @ 45 lbs
    One-Arm Lat Pull
    5×5 @ 70 lbs

    Jogging: 16 laps = One mile

    (Usual stretching)

Extremely frustrated because I spent twenty minutes failing to get my hair into a proper bun. Fuck, why am I having such issues with this? I hope it gets easier with time.

Also annoyed as hell because we’re out of oatmeal. It’s not my job to GOTO BJ’s and stock up on oatmeal. That’s my dad’s job. He fails. Fucking fucker. I NEED CALORIES. I get cranky when I expect things to be there AND THEY AREN’T.

Used indeterminate rest periods for deadlifts.

I have never, ever jogged a mile before without stopping. I am awesome. I just went at an extremely slow pace. You could have fast-walked past me.

Regardless, I am late. I don’t even know how. What the fuck.

Buns are incredibly difficult. Thin scarf-type things really help, if you wrap them around the bun
