    Wide-Grip Lat Pull:
    5 @ 140 lbs
    5, 5, 5, 5 @ 130 lbs

    DB Incline Press:
    3 @ 50 lbs
    5, 5, 5, 5 @ 45 lbs
    DB Row
    5×5 @ 60 lbs

    Treadmill: ~30 minutes @ Heartrate ~150 BPM, 3 MPH, 5% incline

Sick of Hypertrophy I. Can’t maintain four days a week, intensity dropping. Switching to full body variant with less emphasis on lower body. I just can’t take the pounding right now. Since the VO2 lab, I’ve really become aware of how bad I am aerobically. So I’m going to work on that. Train my heart. 150 BPM is about 65% of my heartrate reserve. I wasn’t even breathing that hard.

Fact: If you get out of breath, you’re going anaerobic.

Time is against me. Split squats could easily be called static lunges. I’m much more stable on my left leg than my right.
