Set/rep: 4×10
Rest: 60 seconds
BB Back Squat:
3 @ 95 lbs
4×10 @ 150 lbs (+5 lbs)
BB Deadlift w/Shrug:
6 @ 165 lbs
(Usual stretching.)
When I went to the squat rack and got set to go, I looked at the bar and said, “I really don’t want to do this today.” I squatted and held my rest periods okay.
When I set up for deadlifts and looked at the bar, I said, “I really don’t want to do this today.” Six reps in, I stopped.
Don’t know. It takes intensity to do these workouts, and I didn’t have it today. I guess I’m a little disappointed in myself. But I know not every workout is going to be fantastic. These particular ones are HARD.
In general, I feel like relaxing. Gaming Club is supposed to be meeting today. I’m in the mood for that. I slept like a rock last night. I was out for ten hours. Maybe I slept too much.
Yes, it does take intensity, I know the feeling.

That reminds me.. i’ve only managed to hit the gym 2-3 times in the last 10 days… Damned work! Just hate that feeling though… when u’re not regular.
