    DB High Pull: 3×15 @ 30 lbs

    Swiss Ball Overhead Crunches: rest: 60 seconds

This workout always goes fast. Inclines felt good. Matched rows without meaning to.

Shoulder presses felt better with the weight decrease. I definitely think it was my triceps holding me back. I felt some definite lactic acid towards the end of each set.

High rep high pulls always get me out of breath.
