Held a good rhythm for the first pairing. Guess I’ll go back to 30 lbs for inclines, as I completed for full sets, without any trouble.
Maybe I should just man up and lower the shoulder press weight. I feel like I have problems locking out on the top. I used a different lat pull, and the weight felt too heavy. Mer.
I added five pounds to my close-grips, and it felt really heavy. Ha ha. DB high pulls felt just fine in my shoulders. Still tiring, of course.
Noticed a guy checking me out in the showers. I’ve been feeling rather lonely and unattractive, so this kind of makes me laugh. “Only gay men are interested in me!” While I have no interest in guys, it sure strokes the ego.
Otherwise feeling rather demotivated. I just want to do the bare minimum to avoid screwing myself over. Hope I make progress in the CPR lab today. And I hope I have the stamina for tonight’s exercise physiology lecture.
