Liver N Queers

I woke up lazily this morning sometime after 7 AM. Damn circadian. Ha ha. I downed at least five cups of hot cocoa and otherwise took it easy. I had a bowl of oatmeal, and then a second bowl of oatmeal before I left for class. I spent some time going through old entries, getting links of whatever I considered readable. Well, a LOT is readable, but I used my own judgement of what I’d point people to. I got through at least the first five hundred. That means it’ll take a LONG time to get through the rest of it. I know my first thousand well. After that, I really haven’t gone through them that much. Maybe I’ll find something I forgot I wrote.

After class, I hit up Gaming Club. Having since gotten a better read off the people around me, I’ve been relaxing more. I didn’t even leave to meet Victoria after class, as I knew she’d drop by there anyway. (Which she did.) I’m sure it made her happy to see me enjoying myself. I want to look her in the eyes and thank her for introducing me to it. (I like eye contact. It’s intimate.)

Basically, I sat around for 9 hours and played various board and card games, including an epic game of Barrel of Monkeys. I’ve never even played that before, but those on hand managed to turn it into something very epic and dramatic. I think I actually won, despite not being very good at it. I remember playing Incan Gold, Great Dalmudi, Pirateer, and Quiddler. Some other games I can’t remember the name of. Alex and I tried to figure out Spank The Monkey, but we could not, sadly, figure out how to spank the monkey. Quiddler is like a cross between scrabble and rummy. It featured such words as “queers” and “nut boa”. The word “nut” kept popping up a lot, pardon the pun.

For my posterity, company included Mike1, Mike2, Gordon, Alex, and myself. It was past 11 PM by the time we left the student center. Someone mentioned diner. Someone mentioned White Castle. I mentioned jalapeño burgers. I said hi to Tracy. Ha ha. I made sure we cleaned up after we ate, as I would never do that to her.

I am still very much fighting off this cold, but I emotionally I feel great.

OH. I did sign up for the CPR lab on Wednesday and Thursday, I believe.

I should go sleep. I require showering in the morning. May wank tonight, may not, we’ll see.
