Dad wanted to hit the gym this morning. I figured I’d be nice, so I just did some active recovery stuff. More specifically, some cuban presses for my external rotators. I should pay attention to my external rotators more. They’re functioning and feeling great – and I want to keep it that way.

Also, embarassing as it is, cuban presses gave me a good pump. Ha ha. No wonder guys get addicted to looking in the mirror.

I’ll start Hypertrophy I on Monday. I’m debating not weighing myself for the duration of it. Since I want to gain weight, I’d rather not get obsessed with the scale, and just eat.
