    Superset: Rest: 90 seconds
    BB Romanian Deadlift: 3×10 @ 135 lbs
    DB Static Lunges: 3×10 @ 20 lbs

    Alternating Sets: Rest: Low
    Glute-Ham Raises: 6, 4 @ BW
    Hanging Knee Raise: 5, 6 @ BW

    (Usual stretching)

    post-workout bodyweight: 157 lbs

I was a little distracted, as I have some emotional things in my head, but I put it out of mine long enough to deadlift. The 255 single came up nice, but the 265 wasn’t as clean. I might as well try for 275 next time, but it’ll be the second single. Gotta try.

Lifting is me-time, and I prefer to have a clear mind and not think of anything when I’m down there.

RYN: Not even suggest. Just give her some information, websites, etc. Let her know that not circ’ing is a valid choice. You can share a little bit about your own story. Then back away and let it ferment.

Well, it’s more like…”You do know that I’m against circumcision. It’s becoming more popular to not circumcise now.” And then encourage her to research the issue before making a decision. You can google circumcision and find tons of anti-circ sites to email her.

Lifting is me time for me as well 🙂 It’s one reason why I don’t like working out with a partner. I like to put on my ipod and ignore everyone else.
