Phew, I’m sweaty. Though, not from my workout. Parked in Lot 3, and Victoria arrived seconds after I did. She scampered off while I was fetching my food, so I quickly ran up the hill and crossed the street in true stalker fashion. I think I forgot something in my van, I’ll check later. Walked her to her classroom (and a venue for her to release girlpee). And now I rest for a moment, before I eat, maybe go back to the van, and meet up with her when her class ends.

(She said she liked my shirt and asked where I got it. It’s a Thundercats shirt. (It’s my childhood, man!) I got it at Sears when I bought my tube socks. Cliff has taught me the value of impulse buys.)

There, my breath is normal. COME ON, BODY, WE’RE IN GOOD SHAPE.

I thought my squatting was kind of ugly today. My first single was too high. Second single was better, but still not good enough. My 6-rep sets got ugly. Ew. My 12 and 20 rep sets got ugly. Yeah, I was right, my squatting today was ugly.

There was this girl wearing a fushcia sportsbra and doing lat pulls. These two pieces of information, separately might not mean anything. But together, it meant it put her tummy, her amply shaped bosom, and her armpits on display. Yeah, they were shaved, but I know they’d look hot with armpit furr. She was in my field of view while I was squatting, and I had to try very hard to tune her out. DAMN YOU SCANTLY CLOTHED ATTRACTIVE FEMALES.

Went through the masochistic superset. I’ll add that final rep next time. I have class at 10:30 tomorrow, so I’ll do next workout on Wednesday. With the extra day of rest, I did some lateral raises. Shh.

Those overhead crunches feel odd in my right shoulder. It feels better if I don’t lock out my elbows. Don’t know.

Next week will be the last week of Strength I. IT’s only supposed to be four weeks, but since I had a week off in the middle, I’m doing an extra week. I haven’t decided what to do next. If I want to do more strength, I’ll take a few days off and start Strength II. Or I’ll change gears and start Hypertrophy I.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I have pre-stalking things to do.
