So I followed Victoria up a couple flights of stairs yesterday. She was out of breath. I only then noticed my heartrate was elevated, but my breathing was normal. I’d swear she said something about how I don’t do cardio. Ha ha. Yet I jogged nearly 8/10 of a mile without stopping today. I just had my legs under me today for some reason. It didn’t feel like death. My abs didn’t cramp and my legs didn’t feel like jelly. So I went with it. Machines are for fags, man.
The bench singles went up incredibly slow. I still don’t think I’m ready at all to increase the weight. Though, I probably should increase the 6-rep set weight. If only to try.
I matched shoulder presses so I’d feel good about increasing the weight next week.
My legs are sore from squats yesterday. My butt tingled when I jogged. Ha ha. Butt-tingle. Seriously, it tingled!
Not looking forward to the four-hour lecture with the dean of the department tonight. I really hope it doesn’t last all of four hours. Insane.
