This sucked so hard. After I missed the first single, I just lost all strength. It’s like my CNS shut down. I should nail this workout after the break.
Saw the female trainer trying to teach a girl how to bent-over row. She had her at a 90 degree angle, her hair in her own face, and her lower back rounded. My god, you run these poor girls through hoops and juggling while squatting on a swiss ball and other trivial bullshit, yet you can’t even teach a simple bent-over row?
