Mental Notes for 8-18-7

I was depressed today even though my workout. I had to take a long pause after missing the single, before continuing. Though, that was partly because the next two sets were 12 and 20, respectively, and I hate high-rep deadlifts.

I’ve been practicing Smash Bros Melee. I’ve never fully had a chance to poke around different character’s movesets, just relying on instinct up to this point. What’s amusing is I have Smash Bros 64 on emulator. Man, I have no life.

Talking to Jessica Emsley perked me up, unintentionally. She was telling me how she was vomity, not exactly the usual thing that cheers people up, right?

Victoria reminded me not to run from how I’m feeling. She’s perceptive. She also invited me to a cuddle party. This made me think A. Damn, I need a cuddle. Then B. I’d have to request off. Then C. Man, I’m kind of uncomfortable with complete strangers touching me. And, of course, D. I should track down this girl and officially befriend her. Pretend I’m Becki or something.

(As in, Becki decided I should be her friend. Oh look, I am. Fancy that.)

It was a little cold last night. I have another blanket out, the one my mom knitted me years ago, so I don’t get chilly in the middle of the night.

I’ve never laid outside with a female, looking at the stars. I think I’ve done it during the daytime, but. Eh, it’s a thought.

cuddle party? I think I have heard of those… On some sitcom or something, I am sure. lol Kinda sounds like fun. But also… I dunno. Cuddling with a stranger? hmmm.

I have some great memories of laying outside in the cold, watching the stars and bonding with a boy. You should try it (but with a girl). Try soccer fields, nobody uses them at night.

Uncomfortable with complete stramgers touching you? Not how I pictured you! I was out looking at the stars on Friday night. It has been nice outside, not too humid. Makes for great outdoor blanket time!
