This was a shitty workout. I got up to the third set of deadlifts, and my body just revolted on me for some reason. I counted it as a loss and continued. I probably sat down for three minutes before getting up to do the second exercise pairing. Overall, I held the rest periods as best I could, but I just felt like crap the entire time.
I’m tired, and I’m out of my good bread. The bread my mom has contains only one gram of fiber per slice, and is dry as hell. It’s disgusting. I’m forking out the pseudo egg salad I made.
