    Alternating Sets:
    DB Bulgarian Split Squats: 3×12 @ 20 lbs
    Lat Pull: 3×12 @ 110 lbs

    Alternating Sets:
    DB Step-up: 3×12 @ 10 lbs
    DB Shoulder Press: 12, 12, 10 @ 30 lbs

    Alternating Sets:
    Supine Row: 7, 7, 5 @ BW
    Push-up: 12, 10, 10 @ BW

    (Cooldown/stretching)

    post-workout bodyweight: 159.6 lbs

Got up earlier, as I have to stand on my feet for a few hours today. I’ll be helping out Becki later on, and I know I won’t have the energy then to actually do a workout with her. I hope she isn’t offended.

Mostly repeated the workout I did on Monday. Bulgarians went a little smoother today, but were still hard. Averaged my step-up weight to 10 lb plates, and it went fine. I thought I only did 9 reps for shoulder press last time, so I tried for ten. Turns out I only got 7. Go me. Lost a little on supine rows and push-ups. I cut off my push-ups at 12, as I completely underperformed last time on the second and third sets. Ugh. Push-ups are hard! Maybe I should raise the smith machine bar for supine rows, to make it easier (ie: hit more reps).

Lower back feels 100%. I’ll be good for continuing Fat Loss I on Saturday, probably getting to the next B workout on Monday. This will push off the start of Strength I, but oh well, I’ll deal. Can’t rush these things.
