    45-degree Side-Bend: 3×12 @ 10 lbs
    Cable Crunch: 3×12 @ 120 lbs
    Bridge: 3×45 sec @ BW

    BB Split Squat/Overhead Press: 10, 8, 8 @ 55 lbs (+10 lbs)

    Superset:
    Horizontal Pull-up: 11, 9, 8 @ BW (+0, -1, +0 reps)
    BB Incline Press: 12, 9, 7 @ 85 lbs (+0, -1, -2 reps)

    DB Lunge w/alternating curl: 10, 9, 8 @ 30 lbs (+5 lbs)

    current bodyweight: 158.2 lbs (-1.4 lbs; weekly average of 158.6 lbs)

Weight increases = difficulty.

I find it bizarre that I’m getting weaker. This doesn’t make any sense, really.
