Two things I need to work on: Maintaining form for my hang cleans, and exploding out of the front squat into the push press. I seem to do good if I squat, then pause at a quarter squat, then explode into a push press. Which. I’m sure you’re supposed to just explode from the bottom of the squat. I’ll check that. My fluidity was getting better, I was going straight from a clean to the bottom of the squat a lot better, without pausing.

I had one of those random strength drop-offs on the last set of inclines. Quite strange. I’ll get it next time.

Also, I didn’t eat much yesterday because I got up late. Whoops.

I wanted to do some more pull-ups. So I did. Every little bit helps.

Adjustments: None. Got it where I want it. Now I nickel and dime it.
