My legs are still taxed. It’s not the same as DOMS. It’s more.. fatigue. I like it.
I was in the gym late. Different crowd. Didn’t feel as friendly. I almost didn’t want to go today, but I made myself. Yes, the Leg Day of Death almost got the best of me.
Was able to hit the mark for BSS, sadly. I fear increasing the weight!
Squats got ugly. I started watching the bar height by looking off to the side and seeing the distance from the safeties, rather than my hips, then putting everything I have into getting the bar back up. Lunges were a bit more stable. I was still sucking air by the end, however.
After I finished my One-legged RDLs, I felt it in my abs. (On top of my lower back). How about that?
I’m eating my chicken/rice/beans dish as post-workout nutrition. :: nods :: Needs spices, though.
Adjustments: ATTACK. Oh, bump RDLs to 25 lb dbs per hand.
