Atlantic City, Day Four

(1)
Have I mentioned that there’s no clock in the room?

I’m dead-serious.

atlanticcitydayfour (2).jpg
(2)
Part of me wanted to roll over. Another part of me felt kind of awake, and reckoned that if I slept any longer, I wouldn’t get out in time.

atlanticcitydayfour (3).jpg
(3)
After showering naked.

atlanticcitydayfour (4).jpg
(4)
I haven’t done the towelhead thing in a while.

atlanticcitydayfour (5).jpg
(5)
Clipped my toenails. Like my undies? I like my undies!

atlanticcitydayfour (6).jpg
(6)
Finishing off the milk. Grawr.

atlanticcitydayfour (7).jpg
(7)
Spitting out the toothpaste/brushing mixture.

atlanticcitydayfour (8).jpg
(8)
More chapstick.

atlanticcitydayfour (9).jpg
(9)
Let’s review the strange things with this room. The heater/AC unit. Worked fine. Looked odd.

atlanticcitydayfour (10).jpg
(10)
Hello obvious dent.

atlanticcitydayfour (11).jpg
(11)
This night didn’t work.

atlanticcitydayfour (12).jpg
(12)
Bathroom door (which I never bothered closing, even when I showered).

atlanticcitydayfour (13).jpg
(13)
That never closed.
Not that I’d use it, but ya know.

atlanticcitydayfour (14).jpg
(14)
Felt chillier out. I was retaining heat, but felt like putting on my wife-beater, just in case. Must retain core body temperature!

atlanticcitydayfour (15).jpg
(15)
On this road again.

atlanticcitydayfour (16).jpg
(16)
Hello again, for the last time.

atlanticcitydayfour (17).jpg
(17)
The direct route.

atlanticcitydayfour (18).jpg
(18)
Except, I’m parking over here.

atlanticcitydayfour (19).jpg
(19)
Nice, eh?

atlanticcitydayfour (20).jpg
(20)
Sun overhead.

atlanticcitydayfour (21).jpg
(21)
Atlantic Ocean.

atlanticcitydayfour (22).jpg
(22)
Not in use this time of year, I suppose.

atlanticcitydayfour (23).jpg
(23)

Looking South.

atlanticcitydayfour (24).jpg
(24)
Looking North.

atlanticcitydayfour (25).jpg

(25)
Trying to capture my reflection.

atlanticcitydayfour (26).jpg
(26)
Nice touch, Mister Trump.

I happened to catch him on TV the night before. He was talking about the rebuilding of the world trade center. He pointed out what I’ve been saying so often: Nobody gave a shit about the twin towers until they came down. His suggestion was to build the buildings as they were (with all the modern stuff), but one story taller. He said that the current plan is a “monstrosity”. As far as sound bites go, that made a good impression on me.

atlanticcitydayfour (27).jpg
(27)
I was agast at how fat those birds were.

atlanticcitydayfour (28).jpg
(28)
Back entrance to the casino.

atlanticcitydayfour (29).jpg
(29)
Looking South.

(30)
It’s got a nice ring to it?

atlanticcitydayfour (31).jpg
(31)
Looking North; I walked North first.

atlanticcitydayfour (32).jpg
(32)
Suggestive advertising?

atlanticcitydayfour (33).jpg
(33)
I liked this architecture.

atlanticcitydayfour (34).jpg
(34)
You wouldn’t believe what was playing when I walked by.

“This Time Around.”

That’s Hanson coming out of House of Blues, folks.

atlanticcitydayfour (35).jpg
(35)
Looking South.

atlanticcitydayfour (36).jpg
(36)
Looking North.

atlanticcitydayfour (37).jpg
(37)
Boarded up buildings withing firing distance of expensive casinos. SimCity, anyone?

atlanticcitydayfour (38).jpg
(38)
Looking South.

atlanticcitydayfour (39).jpg
(39)
Wind was messing with my bandana and making my nose drool.

atlanticcitydayfour (40).jpg
(40)
Damn straight, bitches. And Ellis Island is in Jersey, too.

atlanticcitydayfour (41).jpg
(41)
My objective of the morning was actually hitting up an arcade.

atlanticcitydayfour (42).jpg
(42)
Ah, that one!

atlanticcitydayfour (43).jpg
(43)
Oh, fudgepopsicles. Must be too early in the day.

atlanticcitydayfour (44).jpg
(44)
Looking North.

atlanticcitydayfour (45).jpg
(45)
Looking South. Take note of the old ladies.

atlanticcitydayfour (46).jpg
(46)
Between buildings.

atlanticcitydayfour (47).jpg
(47)

So one of the ladies came up to me and asked if I’d like her to take a picture of me. Old ladies can be so intimidating? They’re so nice, but you just want them to shut up. *smirks* She asked if I had a girlfriend, and commented to her friend that I’m cute. And that she likes my hair.

Some things never change. *giggles*

atlanticcitydayfour (48).jpg
(48)
Johnny Rockets? Oooh! I’ve been to one of those before. Screw the 75 cent hot dogs, I went in there, sat at the bar and ordered a tuna melt. (Protein, anyone? *winks*) It was good, albeit deliciously greasy.

atlanticcitydayfour (49).jpg
(49)
Construction?

atlanticcitydayfour (50).jpg
(50)
I’ve been to a Rainforest Café in the Mall of America. (Twin Cities, for those not aware.) It wasn’t my shtick them, and I scoffed at it when I sighted it.
Except the reason I took the picture was because the Starbucks amuses the hell out of me.

Down a little further is a visitor’s center. Almost done with my journey, I bothered to get a map. *snickers*

atlanticcitydayfour (51).jpg
(51)
Downed back via Atlantic and Pacific Avenues.

atlanticcitydayfour (52).jpg
(52)
Golden Timmy?

atlanticcitydayfour (53).jpg
(53)

Ah! THAT’S where that lighthouse is! I must have blown right past it without seeing it.

atlanticcitydayfour (54).jpg
(54)

Yup. Right there.

Except, my feet hurt from walking a few miles. *points to map*

So I went home. AND I BARELY MANAGED TO GET ALL THIS UP BEFORE 9 PM. Goddamn. I just spent over four hours doing all this.

As soon as I got home, I had a liter of water and a slice of bread. Cleanse the system. In fact, I need to pee right now. *purrs*

And uhh. I have some too-hot-for-OD pictures I’m going to go post in my TimmyPorn community. *scuttles*

Wow. Looks like a few fights took place in your room. Looks like a really fun trip. I hope you had fun. <33

All these pictures were amazing. Showed a few to my Hubby…”lets go!” he said. 😉 I hope you didn’t have to pay too much for that room. If it was a chain..I would have sent a letter with some picture of my room. To see if I could get something in return. 😉

You forgot that the Mets, Giants and Jets all also reside in Jersey.

In number 18 you can see the hotel I always stayed in! Resorts! *gets stupidly giddy*

March 20, 2006

i’ve been to the rainforest cafe. partly because i live in the TC area. I like the waffle fries. And that they gave me free ice cream on my birthday.

I’m thinking you should rename your diary, Timmy. The Truth Will Make You Pee.
