I consider this pdf the Holy Grail of restoration pdfs. (I’ve already said bible, and I hate reusing words.) What really struck out at me in this document is the Dartos Muscle, which covers the entire length of the penis. It works the same way the scrotum does. Basically, it’s the reason the foreskin stays snug against the glans.
