GOT SNOW *pics of course

WINTER WONDERLAND

I love our cabin! What a great stress reliever for me. Eddie and I are seriously thinking about selling the house and moving to our cabin permenately. We like the idea of having no morgage payments. Downsizing our lives sounds so inviting right now. We just have to figure out how it can be done. Of course, I would have to have tv and the internet–these addictions are hard to break.

It would cost over $20,000 to pipe in the power

Our cabin is ran off a generator. we use a wood stove for heat and a camping port-a-potty. We would have to heat water off the wood stove for bathing. I like the idea of using one of those old bath basins.

I would have to sell my honda and buy a 4×4

Will have to learn how to drive the snow mobile

Ha! It’s a crazy idea

I just hate living in the rat race

Our neighbors near our cabin are very “granola” people–good people.

The more I think about this, the more I crave to live the simple life. There is so many factors and what ifs. We would save a ton of money which would give us a chance to travel and see the W.O.R.L.D Life is just too short and we are not getting any younger. It’s time to make some changes. We are both ready to break our chains of complacency.

It’s just taking the first steps

That’s the hardest part

Just-do-it!

MUCH TO THINK ABOUT…

the first step would be hard to take. Fear is what stops a lot of us from ddoing what we want to do.

RYN: I’m having a glass now too….I think her problem was bottles and bottles of straight vodka for years and years. I feel so sad about it. She had everything to be happy about, or so it seemed.

Wow. That is one beautiful cabin. Seriously. I stared at it for quite awhile just then. 🙂

I randomed in… Loved the pictures and I can understand your dream. You’re right, though, the first step is always the hardest but when you consider the possibilities… Enjoy!

I love your cabin, too. Awesome. (And your pups.) 🙂
