MY 100TH ENTRY

I’m celebrating with a glass of room temperature Ravenswood Merlot. I know it is in the middle of the afternoon and a little early to begin drinking, but its my party and I can drink if I want to. It all started in August of 2002,I was at work surfing thru the internet it was my lunch hour of course (*wink) and I came across this open diary site. Some how I found this diarist that calls her diary “KATE”. she hooked me in from her very first entry. I must admit –to date I have read every single one of her 363 entries during my lunch breaks and at home. She is absolutely incredible. she is a terrific writer which causes me to keep a little notebook next to my computer to write down and look up all the new words that she teaches me. Thank you Kate! I hope we can some day be friends even though we have differences.

Need to get another glass of this wonderful merlot. It’s fun having your own party!I learned how to note chase and found another one of my favorite writers she goes by the name of Jmelyn. She has been entertaining me through all of her 570 entries. I only wished she would write more. If she could only see how excited I get when I see her name in bold on my favorite list. She is also a wordist (my new made up word) I wonder if there is actually a word for people who study words? Anyways, Jmelyn is fabulous I live through her vicariously. I also want to say a big thanks to a diarist that is called HTML HELP. She has taught me this thing called “html.” This coded stuff was all greek to me but with her her site she made it very easy to understand how to dress up my diary. Because of all her shared knowledge, I have had the courage to make my own family website. My family and I thank her. There was also a major disappointment too! 4bidn She was too good to be true. She would always leave such nice notes with such encouraging words, Her entries were full of goodies and such. Then to find out she was a fake. And to think that I got on my knees to pray for her family. Why didn’t I see thru the fakeness. I just believe everyone is telling the truth. My baby sister would warn me about her “She is too good to be true”. I refused to believe her. Having this dairy has changed me, I’m a loner and making friends has always been very difficult for me. I really appreciate everyone that writes me notes if you would only know how good it makes me feel and gives me a little boost for my self esteem. My life is not easy, My diary has given me the opportunity to write about my father’s death. I still can not really talk about it but writing about it has helped with my healing process.

TIME FOR ANOTHER DRINKIEI have a Catholic guilt confession and here it is: I like to read Chief’s diary and his gal pal Embers Fire. I find these two diarist extremely intriguing. They have taught me more things about sex and I’m not talking about vanilla sex. See, I learned a new word “vanilla sex These two are teaching me things about–well things that I didn’t learn in catholic school or in the book “everything you wanted to know about sex but were afraid to ask”. I need to thank these diarist–“cheers!!!!” not that I have actually tried any of this stuff….yet.
