pop ups and snakiepooos

Well, apparently I’ve lapsed back in to FreeOD. Hooray for pop-ups and constant adverts. *sigh*

hehe. So. I have a snake. And as I sit here watching it slither it’s tongue in and out, I’m kind of perplexed. In that what the fuck have I gotten myself into this time… kind of a way. 🙂

I think I’ll feel a lot better when it’s in an inescapable cage, as opposed to it’s current cage that has an ill-fitting lid that doesn’t even lock or anything, just sits on top with books and rocks preventing “rocky” from getting out. (Erm. And. I dunno. Rocky might need renamed.)

I also have a bearded dragon who, as she promised, is none too friendly. But that’s ok. She’s still awesome. Even tho I can’t remember her real name. They called her Satan.

So. 5 cages (tanks) and 4 animals. (turtle, snake, frog, lizard.) The snake *definately* can’t stay where he’s at. At the moment I only have one cage suitable for it, and that’s the one Alix is in, cuz it’s very secure and such. It’s the same size as the one he’s in now (tho he used to live in a bigger one, I think, that she gave to someone else or something). And it kinda looks like the one he’s in now would hold water.

So essentially I have 2 regular 10 gallon tanks (Mobius in one, Satan in the other), 2 20 gallon tanks (Alix in one, Rocky in the other) and one hugeass tank that is presently empty.

Satan can’t stay in the 10gal. It’s simply TOO small for her.

I just can’t decide if I should put the bearded in the huge tank, or if I should put the snake in the huge tank. If the snake goes in the huge tank, then the bearded can go in the Alix’s cage, Mobie can go in the snake’s cage, and Alix can go in mobius’ cage. Leaving just one 10 gallon empty.

Alternatively, the snake can go in Alix’s cage, Mobie in the snake’s cage, Alix in Mobie’s cage, and the bearded in the huge-ass tank.

Eesh. But NONE of this can happen til I get a top for the huge tank. Or until I decide where to put who. Cuz the big tank has sand in it, from Gracie living there, and that’s not good for snakes. Eeeeeesh.
