NoJoMo #21

Yesterday started out sooo well!! I got a phone call around 10am telling me that I had won something in the raffle from the Festival of Trees! Every year, they have raffles for some of the smaller trees, and also various gifts and fun prizes from other local businesses. I buy tickets every year, usually only 6, as they cost $5. Stan kept telling me this year, "You’re never going to win, so why bother?" I told him to have a little faith. Looks like I was right, because I won a table setting from Bloomingdales! China, placemats, linens, all kinds of fun stuff! I can’t remember exactly what the china looks like, but I do remember the placemats, because they were covered in gold glitter 🙂 The table had a movie theme, but I remember the movie props were not a part of the package. Anywho, it’s about $500 worth of stuff!! I get to go pick it up from the museum tomorrow morning!! YAY me! I rarely have luck with those things.

Then, when I got to work, it all went downhill. It was just a rough day all around, and I was very glad to clock out at 11:00 and be done with it. I’m hoping today’s a little better *crosses fingers*

I figured I had better write before work today, since I barely made it last night 🙂 Hope everyone’s having a good week!! I only have two more days of work, thank goodness!
