I just renewed my OD+ subscription via PayPal and then saw about the difficulties. Hope you can help me with getting my subscription back on. I bought a year subscription. Not sure what other info you need. Thank you very much!

Okay… I have a problem now. I just tried importing all my entries from this diary into Bittersweet Lane. I got an error message so some of the entries transferred, but the notes didn’t. I have thousands of entries and it would take me hours to check every single box to delete 30 at a time so I can try to import again. Could you delete all the entries in Bittersweet Lane in mass for me and…

…import my entries and notes from Don’t Call Me That so I don’t get the error message again? Or if it’s easier, I could create a different diary and have you move my subscription again, and import entries/notes for me so this doesn’t happen again. I’d rather keep the Bittersweet Lane diary though, if possible.

RYN: Yeah but in order to delete 30 at a time you have to check the box next to every single entry, and with almost 3500 that takes a really long time. There really should be a “Select All” button or something. But in that case, could you move my subscription again to a different diary? I’ll just delete Bittersweet Lane.
