cannot log into OD on my smartphone.. can open the page and read diaries but cannnot sign in. is this just my phone or is this an OD phone/tablet problem? thank you so much for everything you do to make OD run better. can we buy OD now?

i was able to login weeks prior to the fall/crash and my name and password show and the page does not process. it just sits inert. now if it is just my smartphone i wont be so concerned, but if this is a universal problem? it is not so good..

my apologies the m.portal. oh. it works as it just told me that my password was wrong..heh. that meant it entered even if my password is in my rv and i am not..grins. so sorry for the inconvenience. ^wanders off. mumbling m portal m portal ,,another magic word to add to list…

For the last week or two I have been getting this error when I try to enter a new entry in Firefox (but it’s ok in Internet Explorer). “There was an error on this page. Please try again and if you continue to have this problem, please contact us via the ‘help menu’.”

hey, I’m having a hard time joining OD. I’ve tried to join three times already, but for some reason never received the e-mail needed in order to get the diary started. I checked junk folders and even gave another e-mail address but have not found any luck. Actually, that error displays the instant I select “Diary > Write an entry”. I don’t even get to the point where I might start typing the entry – that error text displays in the area where I would have been typing. But thanks for your quick response. I am using Firefox 17 on the beta channel, so maybe it’s just buggy and if it’s only ME reporting this, I will just have to go back to InternetExplorer.

I keep getting the error everyone is posting about as well…and it appears that my entries aren’t showing up as being updated on folk’s friend’s list. I accidentally added myself to my bookmark’s lists and it still shows my entry from two entries ago as my current entry.

My entries are not showing up on the front page, even when they are public 🙁 Should I start another journal? I don’t want to waste my paid time.

It took me over 10mins to get to this part of your diary..I paid $100.00 and it’s not paying off why is the site always bloody down or running slow? I can see once in a while but it’s becoming a everyday thing now..and also my bookmark page is taking hr’s and days to refresh it self..and some people are having to refresh the page to get their entry to post I am also having this trouble for the past 3 days..We are not even getting any kinda up date on why? I don’t think so many people would be upset if we were told something on a timeline of when OD will be running better…
