Oh I’m so glad you’re back on here. I started reading you diary literally as you stopped writing and disappeared. My sister used to collect dolls of the world and they’ve ended up in a boxes in the cupboard under my stairs. In moments of interior decorating madness I threaten to dust them off and wall mount them all as a global installation. Then I remember I don’t live in the Tate Modern.

*laughs* btw, little known fact, my grandma in Sri Lanka met Indira Gandhi as a little girl! You do hear something funny things on the train. Before I became an ipod zombie, I used to let my ear catch interesting conversations whilst I read my paper. However, a lot of the time, people talk loudly about crap and podcasts and good music is infinitely preferable to that!

Good gracious me!! Ryn: Serenity is quite a different kettle of fish to RHPoT, and I couldn’t ever compare, but I can highly recommend Serenity. Everyone should go see it. And Wallace and Gromit, too, though I suspect there will be less of a problem getting people to see that one!

i’m guessing the woman had issues, which made is all not so surprising. i overhear the most interesting conversations when i’m out to lunch. from men talking about their wives to people going on non-stop about their travels. i don’t purposely listen, they just talk loud enough for me to hear. oh ok, i may stretch my ear a bit…. 🙂
