Stupid people

Stupid people bother the shit out of me. Stupid people that don’t follow thru on their word are a special breed. I know one and I’m gonna have it out with her soon.

Don’t tell me that you’re gonna buy the extra tickets to DMB at Red Rocks from me for 3 weeks and then 4 days before the show say “I don’t need them.” Now I’m in a position that I have to get the money and ship them so they arrive by Thursday. Asshole. I hate people sometimes.

M wanted me to go to Chicago with him and R the 16-19th of this month to see the shows that John Butler Trio are playing in Chicago, Indy and Louisville. I would have in a heartbeat except that I’ll be in Vegas with my mother that weekend. I’m extremely jealous.

I also just got off the phone with him and he bought the first season of “Lost” on DVD today. Maybe I can talk him into to having a DVD viewing this weekend. I’ll supply the food and he can supply the TV and DVDs. I’ll have to run that by him tomorrow. Since I got him into that show I figure it’s the least he can do!!

H is out of the hospital and safely at home. I talked to her Dad and could hear the happiness in his voice. It makes me smile just knowing that she’s home. That I can pick up the phone right know and call and she would answer. It’s strangely comforting. While she was in the hospital I couldn’t do that and it was so hard for me to get use to that. She’s the one person I can call no matter what time it is and she will listen to whatever I have to say. She doesn’t judge me and I know that she truly and honestly cares.

I need a vacation to England. Soon. Christmas is sounding better and better.

Vegas in less than two weeks. I can not FREAKING wait.
