NoJoMo #14

Today was busy. I got my winter tires put on my car and I also got my car undercoated. Mom and I did a lot of shopping, for Christmas mostly. She bought me a new bathroom set though, so that was awesome of her. I also got to visit Kristen, who has an almost two-year-old on her hands now. Hayley is entering her terrible twos and the trip to Costco involved more than a couple temper tantrums, but oh well. What can you do?

I saw Jessica’s new baby, he’s pretty precious. However in the process to strap his car seat into the car in the dark [my 2-door car, btw] my passenger seatbelt got stuck into my back seat belt thinger and now it’s jammed, which means a trip to the car dealership on Monday. Joy.

Everyone keeps asking me when I’m going to have kids. Uh, when I’m married, own a house, and have a degree? It seems to be out of style to wait now-a-days, but whatever. I want what I want and I refuse to fuck things up just because I’m impatient.

Not much else is happening. I’m exhausted. I was up early this morning and went to the doctor’s for a new birth control prescription. He only gave me 6 months worth though cuz I’m way overdue for a paps. It’s been like 3 years, and let’s face it: I’ve been a major whore… soooo yeah. Time for a vadge-check.

Anyway, I’m off to chat to Shannon on MSN and head to bed. I’m going back to Ottawa tomorrow at 3pm. Bye!

RYN: Not THAT Tiffanie. This is a new girl. I just met her Monday. OMG, people are asking you when you’re gonna have kids? Why? Because you and Shannon will be living together? I completely agree with you- wait till you’re not a student and have more stability. Wow, people just say the first things out of their assses sometimes. uugghhh.

RYN: Ottawa is still top choice, but I have to keep my options open in case I’m not accepted in Ottawa.

Along the same lines of people constantly asking about your life & wanting you to take the next step or whatever… I get asked probably once a WEEK when Eddie and I are going to move in together. Lay off, people!
