wow

It has been a long time since I wrote last.  I thought I was keeping up, but I turned around twice and realized that it has been almost a month.  Oops.  I think that someday I might let my child read this to see that their mother was a real person once, before they became a mommy.

My roommates decided to move out.  I was really pissed at them at first.  Once we found out that we could not break the lease I was LIVID!!!  Maybe it is just me, but when you say you are going to do something, and sign a piece of paper saying you will do it, you should do it, even if it makes you a bit unhappy for a while.  I guess they are still paying rent, but it is still really inconsiderate. I am less upset now and am adapting to being in the house with just Bry and myself. 

I got a job at Shopko!  It is not real exciting, but I was going out of my mind from boredom.  Now I at least have something to mark time with.  I was amazed by how fast time went by when I was not sitting at home all the time.  And I am getting paid to boot!  I get to work apparel, the jewelry counter and the registers.  It seems that a lot of the people do not like working the registers, but I really like it. Having the ability to bounce back and fourth makes the day go by faster and is more interesting.  And the things people buy!  Sometimes you have to wonder.  A girl came through my line buying clothesline.  In NOVEMBER!!! She kept blushing… I wonder what she is using it for???

Child has been moving quite a bit.  It seems that all of the sudden it does not like things on my lap.  I use my laptop snuggled up on the sofa or in bed and it now kicks at it at random intervals.  Also, the cat gets on my lap and starts purring and it triggers an immediate response.  Child is attracted by the purring and the cat gets this offended look on his face.  I think that he can feel it, even when Bry cannot right now.  So far child is happy and healthy, even when I am not.  My doctors appointment was canceled this week, the doctor had an emergency at the hospital she had to deal with (the doctor in the office is the second in line when a call comes in, the doctor on call was already delivering a baby). I was slightly irritated, but they were able to reschedule when I wanted it, so it is all ok.  I go to the ultrasound next week on Monday!  I get to find out the sex then, hopefully.  They rescheduled my appointment right after the ultrasound so the doctor will be able to look at it and see if anything major is wrong.  It is kind of nice because otherwise I would have to wait three weeks to know. 

I think that that is all that is going on at the moment.
