Ready for some F-O-O-T-B-A-L-L!!!!!!

Well I have recovered…hallelujah. And I did keep my plans with Nick this weekend.

Friday, I went swimming with my mom and her bff at the athletic club they belong to. First time I went swimming this summer! It was nice, then we got in the hot tub. Really relaxed me and helped better than a humidifier lol

Then I got laundry done and packed up for the weekend. Mom made my favorite, lasagna for dinner and then i headed to Nick’s.

We just chilled out, grabbed some ice cream from DQ and cuddled. Just the kind of nights I like 🙂

Saturday we got up early, had to get my oil changed before driving to Cleveland. Then we headed to his nephew’s scrimmage game at the high school. It was so surreal being back at a high school football field. I always enjoyed the games when I went, so it was neat to go watch AJ and his team. Started out being a beautiful day, but then ended getting really hot.

Afterwards we grabbed a quick lunch and got on the road. I slept most of the way lol. Then we arrived at the hotel, which was so lovely! Nick and I had a room with a King Size bed and it was soooo comfy! Of course Nick decided we needed to christen the bed lol

Then we met up with everyone and headed downtown to the stadium. So glad we left super early, between construction and traffic we got there and had plenty of time to get there and look around before we got to our seats.

It was all of our first times at an NFL game and as were rooting for the Packers and not Cleveland Browns several people had warned us we would get harrassed and to be careful etc. However I am glad to say, except for a couple idiots, it was a very pleasant experience! Many of the people we met were very nice 🙂

Our team lost, boo! It was fun thought, we had awesome seats, only 10 rows from the field, great food and great fun.

We headed back to the hotel Sat night and crashed…hard lol We had gotten sunburns from watching AJ earlier and had been up since early in the morning.

Sunday was chill. Woke up for some morning fun hehe and then we went back to sleep. Nick cuddled me as I slept and then woke me up for round 2 lol Its been a long time since I’ve been woken up like that lol

We got showered and met his mom downstairs. Checked out and headed back downtown to explore. We ended up eating Lunch at Hard Rock at Tower City and then walked around Tower City. It was a lot of fun.

A coule hours later we decided to head back home. However it was torrential rain and took us a little extra time to get home.

When we got back, we chilled, had dinner and watched Big Brother, then went to sleep.

What a great weekend 🙂 I really love this boy and he makes me such a happy girl!
