A Glimpse

I have a real entry brewing, I promise.  Full of pretty pictures and cute kiddos.

But today is Monday, and BOTH my kids are at daycare (sniff, sniff)… and I’ve got three sessions and a wedding to edit, emails to return, laundry to finish and a whole load of odds n’ ends and things to get done while they are away until 4:30 today. 

As much as I’d love to spend the day on Open Diary, writing and reading and losing myself in the stories of your lives, I must step away and get back to work.

Until then, my diary friends, here is a glimpse of my backyard.  The river is a little high due to the recent rains, but I am just filled up with happiness that my view is now green trees and lush grass and the back side of the barn still has the original red paint and I hope it stays that way forever.
