NoJoMo 27

Slogging manfully through these last few days of NoJoMo. I am always glad when I am done with NJM but there are certainly days when this seems pointless and dull and the absolute last thing I want to do. 

I dont even know what I could write about today. I could try one of the prompts but I haven’t done any so far so why start now? I worked. It was an ok day. I bought chicken for dinner tonight and the makings for chili in the crock pot for tomorrow, all mild of course. Not sure how the boys will do with chili, even the mild stuff. Frank has been asking me to make it for weeks and chili tastes phenomenal on cold wintery days.

Began panicking a little tonight about going into the Christmas season with so little money. Just not sure how we will pull off Christmas this year. Plus another weekend in Chicago.

I hope next year is vastly different.
