The Utensils Are Found!

Yesterday, as I have previously mentioned, I got a phone call which I eventually deciphered as my car would be delivered between 8 and 10 AM today, Saturday. So when nothing arrived by noon, I called and left a message. No reply. So I called again a few minutes ago, and it went straight to voice mail. I hope there hasn’t been a wreck. The roads have been very bad until a few hours ago when the sun came out.

Being more positive, I have found the utensils which were in a box marked "Utensils."   But the box was not marked kitchen so it had been tucked under a big table. I also found the kettle, the large crock pot but not the small one and the coffee pot. Oh, and I also found two pillows but, as yet, no pillowslips. I also found my big, heavy after-a-shower robe and my lighter one and they are hanging on the bathroom and bedroom doors. I called Jake and left him a message. He is either sleeping or at work. I didn’t tell him there are six huge, black, trash bags to be dropped off.{I would take them myself but, hey, no car! }  He passes the dumpster on his way out and it is relatively easy to carry them in his truck.

OK, it is almost 4 PM which is my official running-out-of-energy-for-the-day time. Time for a cuppa…
