Last NC Update
- After 14 years of living in a state where recycling is mandatory, it is strange to not be doing it…
- Today I am washing clothes and packing. Tomorrow we are returning the rented car and I will be going back to Vermont.
- We still have not heard from the first contractor. It has not, as yet, been enough time for the second one to produce anything. I am moving however the contractor-thing turns out. There are many apartments in this area.
- Things I should have brought with me but didn’t: non-prescription eye drops; a bigger tube of toothpaste; floss; my electric toothbrush, but I did bring a manual one; the Argon oil spray I use on my hair; nail polish and toenail clippers! I also would have bet real money I put my red sandals in the suit case, but I didn’t.
- I am petitioning the Universe! I would love to have my own apartment attached to Jake’s house!
Think positive thoughts in my direction, please! - Last night I had my last Pizza Hut pizza for some considerable time! I actually don’t know if there is a Pizza Hut franchise in my part of Vermont. I know there is a Dominos.
- I was up at 4 am to go to the bathroom. The cats thought I was up to feed them. When it proved to be not so, they spent some time poking their paws under the closed door of my bedroom and rattling the door!

Thanks for the tip about Argon Oil Spray. I’ve been looking for something like that for my hair. My late husband went to school with the Carney brothers that started Pizza Hut. The first one was in Wichita, Ks. Sending up prayers for the housing you want!

RYN: Thank you. We really had fun getting wild and crazy with the spray paint, and it was such a simple project that brought a lot of color in to give balance across the room 🙂
