A Dressed-Up Kindle

<-This is my Kindle 2 with the skin

And here is the Kindle and the padded bag it lives in when it is in my purse.

"You are not happy because you are well. You are well because you are

happy. You are not depressed because trouble has come to you, but

trouble has come to you because you are depressed. You can change

your thoughts and feelings, and then the outer things will come to

correspond, and indeed there is no other way of working."

Emmet Fox

"Enjoyment is not a goal; it is a feeling that accompanies important ongoing activity."

I love it. I think I will order one. I received my KINDLE a few days ago and so far I love it. So very light. I just have to make sure I don’t order too many books.

I couldn’t find the skins for the Kindle.

I love the Kindle sin and cover! What a fun way to express yourself.

that’s really cool–wonder how long it will take me to fill up my version 1 Kindle, that’s what my response is. Enjoy!

I love it! I am beginning to see more and more of these around. Won’t be good for my book sales.

How lovely! I didn’t buy a skin for mine, but bought the leather case. Yours is much prettier!

Where did you find the padded bag? I’ve been looking everywhere for something like that to no avail. Also, where did you get the skin?

oh wow! That’s so pretty! I love it!

PRETTY!

Thanks for the sources for the skin and the case. I’ve ordered one of each (each a little different than yours) and they should arrive this week. Your enthusiasm for your Kindle was one of the reasons I finally got mine. I LOVE it.

That is so pretty.

That must be one great Kindle! We haven’t heard from you in almost a week!

🙂 Thank you for your funny note. I shall think of you when I’m in my last week… and make sure I don’t sit in any spare desks because yes, I do that too. I had to stop with the 1st year primary in my colleague’s class (I help out for her one day per week), because I just don’t fit any more. I love the fact that my students can be so kind and caring though.

wow – that is a very pretty skin and little bag. Don’t you find the Kindle hurts your eyes though? Its a question I ask myself more and more as I don’t want more books to put on my shelf and sometimes I won’t buy them because the print is too small. I’m guessing you can make the print bigger with a kindle, but do you have to keep moving the screen then? Your quote are very appropriate to me life right now. I do believe that the trouble comes because of the depression. I’m still trying to shake myself until one day I believe and don’t need to shake myself any more.

rich has bought a skin too, a blue one, with stars on it. And he has a padded cover too. You’re devoted to your kindle 🙂
