A Short Update
I have walked twice today. One time up and down our street and the second time round the block. it was snowing and I was wearing my new coat! I enjoyed both walks a lot.
I have physical therapy tomorrow.
The landlord came in and looked at the dishwasher. All the time he was literally lying on the floor with a flashlight watching the place where the water came in to the washer, it didn’t drip once! So, he has put a small bowl under the cinnection and will come in tomorrow to see if there is any water…
We have mice… I have mouse-turd cleanup tomorrow.
What we need is a cat…

Things never break down when someone is there to fix them! Eeek!

Put peanut butter in the mouse trap! Ew. Well done on the walking! And the appliance/car never makes “that funny noise” when the mechanic is right there. It’s the law, you know. 😉

Mice? Yes you need a cat or mouse traps. I guess they are coming in to get away from the cold.

What’s the landlord’s rule about pets? Does he prefer for you to keep mice or a cat? 🙂

I have a mouse too. The dang thing sounds like an elephant, rummaging through my cabinets… I should probably try to get a look at it, but I’m chicken!!!! And no cats for me, because of the birdies…. *sigh* Love to you! ~M

Nothing like a cat to take care of the mice. I am petless now so we have to keep the mice traps at the ready. My cats used to stalk the mice at the point of entry for hours.

RYN: I thought about a lot of the people I read on OD when I was reading through those NYT comments, especially you and Fred.

I think a cat will work wonders for the mice. You will enjoy it so much you will get another. My boss just got her 3rd cat. Well the cat found her it kept coming to her door so after a week she took it in. Funny how those things work.
