I’m OK

But just not in the mood for writing. It seems like three steps forward and one step back at the moment. I am still frustrated by the fact that I seem to need to rest so much…

Anyway, to the first {and possibly the last?} appointment with the surgeon tomorrow… I have a list of questions, of course–starting with "And when can I drive again?"

Too cute of car not to be able to take it for a spin to the ice cream shop! You are doing fine. Take a picture of the area and show us how pretty it is. Maybe a smiling picture of you too. have fun…dan

I do hope that all goes well with the surgeon and that your strength returns quickly back to what it was.

you’re being impatient? You’re doing so well for such a big surgery!

July 18, 2007

I think I know how you must feel….cuz really, you’ve not been cooped up JUST since the surgery; you weren’t able to enjoy your walks and stuff for quite awhile longer than that. So you are tired of it and wanting to BE WELL now, darn it! I wish it didn’t take so long, cuz it HAS been a long haul! ((((huuuuggggg)))) Weesprite

*huggs* they say that patience is a virtue, I say the heck to them!

Let us know how it goes with the surgeon. I think he’s going to say you’ve had amazing progress because of your great perserverance. Geesh, did I spell that right? Anyway, you are amazing!

I’ll be awaiting the surgeons glowing report.

Here’s hoping your appt. goes well tomorrow. E was much like you and started getting impatient about the 3rd or 4th week afterwards too. It was funny with him because usually he is the most patient person I know. Hang in there! The worst of it’s over and you are well on your way to being up and around without a cane or walker. Huge hugs, M
