Later

What I have done today:

  • short walk to the drugstore
  • laundry
  • lots of Italian
  • more laundry
  • eaten breakfast and lunch
  • still more laundry
  • stripped and remade the bed
  • have I mentioned laundry?
  • put laundry away
  • put still more laundry away
  • brought wrenches to Fred while he sorted out the new bird feeder
  • almost had a small argument with Fred but I was wrong and I said so, so that is over
  • made a cuppa tea for us both
  • with lots of help from OD-ers,  learned how to put the accent over è–very necessary for Italian

I am absolutely physically exhausted! Must be all that laundry!

Until later….

Laundry is perhaps my least favorite household chore. I hate it intensely.

Well, the nice thing about laundry is at least these days you don’t have to go down to the river and beat it against the rocks. 😀

I’m with Veronica. Bloody laundry. Hate it.

Grr, laundry.

Doing laundry is hard work because of all the lifting involved. We did a lot of laundry on Sunday before our youngest went back to school. Then there were all the sheets and towels from when all the kids were home. Yeesh.

I often wonder where all the laundry comes from!! hugs, Weesprite

UGH! I did laundry today too. having a hard time with it since I hurt my back and knee. Hmmmm, maybe I should just skip it and go by all new clothes. LOL How I wish!! hugs, M

Why did you strip before you made the bed? (Sorry, I’m just in that kind of mood for some reason.)

Our own laundry beast has been taking up residence in a corner of the bedroom. Occansionally it is subdued, but we still have yet to convince it to take up housekeeping elsewhere.

I should look into learning how to put accents for various other languages too. Good to know skill I believe. Good for you, it will be good practice for you with your Italian.
